I had to smile when I looked at the image: Here is a house trying hard to be Tudor (patterned brickwork, steeply pitched roof, prominent front gable with side gables, even the jerkinhead roofs - that "snipped off" gable treatment.) But the influence of Colonial Revival is apparent: Segmentally arched windows openings with voissoirs (that "fan" type brickwork above), front porch with bell-jar type roof, and single arrangement double hung windows. A beautiful synthesis, and VERY 1920s. I know the Gordon Van Tine company offered a few home models that showed the same cross-pollination in the 20s. But this is a more pure example, especially with the masonry.
Tiny bit of craftsman/bungalow influence in there too, with the deep eaves and projecting rafter tails. Crazy house. Are there more like it in the area?
