Integral Storm Windows by Sharon Park
Does anybody happen to have the report on Integral Storm windows installed in the Oklahoma Colcord Bldg written by Sharon Park of Technical Preservation Services? There was a mention of it in the 1983 OHJ New Consortium.
Or does anyone have a resource on how to fabricate an integral storm window into an old wood sash window?

My bad - it's compedium (not consortium).
Anyway, I finally found the report. It is only available in a book published by the TPS called "The Window Handbook: Successful Strategies for Rehabilitating Windows in Historic Buildings" by Charles Fisher.
Would anybody happen to have a copy that they no longer want and be interested in selling me?
