'Absolutely gorgeous home.  Do you know the history at all? Quite unique.

Thanks- I do. The home was designed by French architect Marius Rousseau for himself. There is stained glass in every room on the 1st and 2nd floors. It is believed to have been the 1st building in the country to have had a floor radiant heat system installed in one of the bathrooms. Additionally, the house was built using a poured cement method of construction. Charles Wilson, former Secretary of Defense and President of General Motors lived there as a child. I am currently preparing an application for local historic designation and then for the National Register of Historic Places.

You should. You could easily get on the National Historic Register with that background.  It just takes time! My home had been designated a historical property but only on a local level. It took a year plus to research the history of my very old home but well worth the effort. Best to you!
