This is our crash-course, LOL! Have learned a lot in remodeling our 1900 Victoriran and 1910 Craftsman guest house. Have finished both basements, added much trim work. Next: adding an art studio, replacing the roof with a metal roof, and repainting ala a Painted Lady (terrified to get bids!). Also up: landscaping an heirloom garden, regardless of my black thumb!
