It`s mostly the weather. The wood expands and contracts and eventually moisture finds a place to get under the paint. If it was new wood its even worse. I replaced my porch and backprimed every peice and even the toung and grooves with oil base…

3yr + Dinning room project

Yup, you red it right. This is one of the first projects we started simply out of curisoty because of a door that was walled over with drywall. Christie wanted to see it opend up and theres no stopping that woman when she gets a bee in her bonnett. Eight month parlor project

Nearly complete, were waiting about the floors till all the roome are done. The ceilings were a mess with a cheaply done texture job that took a couple of weeka to scrape off then float out.Also installed a gold and pale green willow paper on them . The plaster walls had to be stripped, sealed and primed before reproduction 1890s Silver Studios paper was hung.
