- Owner of a fixer-upper; not very handy (I end up in the ER), but I like knowing what any contractor or handyman I hire should be doing.
- Tell us about your old-house experiences and dreams:
- I'd like to fix up my 1975 rancher to something better than it was originally. A lot of it was badly or cheaply constructed, and I'm slowly but surely replacing that with good and lasting work.
