- Tell us about yourself:
- I am a artist and faux finisher with a passion for old buildings, history, and craftmanship. My husband and I have three children and one grandchild with another on the way as well as an assistant in all we do, our black Lab, Kayla.
- Tell us about your old-house experiences and dreams:
- We are in the beginning stages of completely stripping all the paint from the heart pine moldings, railings, etc of our house. This house was remolded in 1989 with what I call "the duck blue" and oak kitchen and bathroom in "that green" so we have a long road ahead of us. This is that same time that all the trim was painted. One day we will have this beautiful old house back to its orginal detail, right now we have one room completed.
