Profile Information

Tell us about yourself:
I've been in contacting most of my life. I hold a class A in Virginia. I completed 2 twelve unit apartment gut jobs under federal tax credit for historic structures. My home was built in 1924 and was very popular contractor for pre-war homes in Norfolk,VA. I now concentrate on HVAC with expertise in ductless applications.
Tell us about your old-house experiences and dreams:
My favorite parts of old home renovation were sourcing period correct hardware and millwork, matching existing millwork and bringing old homes up to modern efficiency standards using load calc software to help homeowners understand best returns on investments.
