- Tell us about yourself:
- I am an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Masters (Fayetteville, NY). I live in a wonderful historic lake town in Central New York (Cazenovia, NY) and have always had an appreciation for historic buildings, communities. I lived in downtown Jersey City in the 90's and have owned properties in Hamilton Park (Jersey City), South Orange, Montclair, and Ocean Grove, NJ. I have never owned a house less than 80 years old.
- Tell us about your old-house experiences and dreams:
- My dream would be for the re-establishment old communities where people gather and walk every evening and visit on front porches. I feel we have lost our sense of community and direct conversation with neighbors, replaced by the influence of the internet and media. I dream of going back to the 1920's or the 1940's to compare where we were vs. where we are, to get a better understanding of what we have lost and how to get it back.
