- Currently living in house built around 1820. Putting on an addition of old carriage barn built c. 1890. Always looking for good ideas and advice. And incase anyone is wondering, I do not plan on repainting the brick. I am letting it continue to wear off gradually and help it along by picking at it any time I find some loose.
