will the space be occupied or otherwise used

how will you finish the interior and will you use any type of ventilation

will the space be occupied or otherwise used. Yes and no. We foamed the entire roof. The area you see above was above the kitchen and the ceiling will be finished. The other was the attic and they are now sheetrocked over and willl be used a spare bedrooms later.

how will you finish the interior and will you use any type of ventilation. Ventilation will be only windows in the rooms/attic.
